Ok. I'm not that good at explaining so my method is maybe inaccurate.
1. Find an image on Google images for your announcement template background
2. Take a screenshot of someone's profile who is following you (and you're not following him) and then crop the screenshot to the "follow" "block" and the MEMECHAT button (like the image in this comment)
3. Put that cropped screenshot on the other image you found on Google (any image you like)
4. Type in your name anywhere so you claim it as your announcement template
5. You can add a small image next to your username or the cropped screenshot (you don't have to if you don't want to)
