French Canadians

for requiring us to recertificate, making us huddle up, making us spend a lot more money on flights, delaying our visas, and speaking FRENCH!

This is just saying, If you can't speak French a lot of people here speak French. My family is very French and I am not insulted by this.

The point is how can someone brag about multiculturalism, being inclusive and courteous if they consider having two official languages is a disadvantage. French speaking Canadian already have to deal with being harassed by a lot of malicious individuals. The point of the meme is: celebrate multiculturalism and embrace it or just don’t brag about things you don’t believe in.
