On October 22, 1835 citizens of what is now the state of Texas resisted the tyrannical Mexican government by refusing to surrender the town of Gonzalez’s only cannon. As of March 18, 2021, we are facing a similar situation. The government is only interested in taking your weapons so they can push you around whenever they want. When you look in history, the only times governments have disarmed their citizens is to push them around. This is evident in the example of Gonzales, and this is evident in the example of British troops trying to disarm the colonists so they couldn’t fight back and defeat a tyrannical government. Don’t surrender your weapons. COME AND TAKE IT.
