That's actually happened to me before- I feel like I'm falling, then I randomly wake up in a way that makes it look like I'm having a heart attack :/

lol yeh. i used to have that feeling all the time when i was like 5 or something.
or those dreams that literally have your heart BEATING and you wake up and have that heart attack feeling. that happens to me if i drown in a dream or something
