All the trasparent things you can put in a meme, like the hat, the gun, the blood, the fire, etc. ... all those things, how do you make them? I tried and I still end up with a with background behind it and I want to know how to make one that has true transparency between the image, and the background

go to google, get an image and drag it to your desktop, then press "add image", and pick the image you put

idk maybe draw your own image in Paint or Pinta or something
