Why is this so accurate to the point where it’s not even funny?

Once a girl in my class drew herself being hanged and the only thing my teacher did was send her to the guidance room, and I know for a fact that won’t help, because one of my friends went there, and the receptionist in there made fun of her for having anxiety and ocd.
