XD the very very rarest is barely possible it's a baby zombie villager with full diamond and an iron sword riding a chicken. (info source: logdotzip, youtuber). i bet it's only possible in hard mode and harder and it's still like 0,0000000000000000001 chance. (idk what the ACTUAL chance is but it's STUPIDLY RARE)
