Not exactly. Trump was pro-business but he was not a Corporatist like Biden, Obama, Bush Jr, Clinton, Bush Sr, Carter, Ford, and a whole bunch of other presidents starting with Woodrow Wilson. There is nothing wrong with being pro-business if the laws you sign into legislation affect ALL businesses in a positive manner regardless of how big or small.
That is why unemployment rate plummeted under Trump and why they are going back up under Biden. Biden may turn out to be a bigger job killer than Obama was. Obama was the biggest job killer next to Hoover and FDR.
