Okay.. let's get this over with. This is a pet peeve of mine. Scared about being a furry and telling your parents? Just do it or don't. It doesn't matter. Being a furry is a hobby. It isn't as stressful as coming out as lgbtq. Everyone i know knows I'm a furry and some ask me cool questions, some don't even know what it is. Sure, some people may tease me about it, but it's nothing you can't handle. One of the biggest mistakes newer furries/young furs make is making a big deal out of coming out as a furry. It isn't a big deal at all. And if for some reason your parents don't like them, just don't tell them?
