Correct, not having sexual attraction towards someone is fine.
A homophobe is someone who treats others differently because the person feels sexual attraction towards people of a gender other than the opposite gender
A transphobe is someone who treats others differently because their sexuality doesn’t match their assigned gender
Not feeling sexual attraction towards someone who is Transsexual is perfectly fine, as long as you don’t discriminate against them

You should probably do your research on the controversial topic of super straight.
This isnt the reason why members and and allies of the lgbtq+ think super straight its transphobic. The transphobic part of this is that super straight is the embodiment of thinking trans woman are not real woman or trans men arent real men. Not to mention this cannot be a sexuality because it's not openly accepted in the lgbtq+. A sexuality or gender cannot exist if its dividing another sexuality or gender in the lgbtq+. I'd just suggest to listen the the majority of lgbtq+ members on other social media platforms and seek to ask people who are well educated in lgbtq+ in this topic. So I'd just say this is preference
