I also have a story mode idea that has Mr. P the villein and makes multiple copies of the robots in game. And C. pekka is just all about starr park stuff while my idea about starr park is that it is the H.Q. of Mr. P./ Gene while along with the snotel to have his only human worker gale to create many lous to guard it.
