Well I mean it sorta is not gonna lie I mean back when I was like 9 I was always like “IT’S NOT FRICKIN’ CARTOON YOU FOOL ARE YOU MAD YOU DARE INSULT JAPAN” but I mean even if you think of “cartoon” to mean an animated series for kids there’s still stuff like REBORN!/Pokémon etc. so I’d say “Some anime are cartoons”
