I don't wanna be mean but you have to do your research. He did say it but unintentionally. The reason I posted this meme was to show media bias. That joke I mentioned was Trump saying to put bleach in our skins to protect from COVID-19. Trump mentioned that that was sarcastic in the presidential debate. What I don't like is that if someone like Obama or Pelosi said something like that, it either would immediately be seen as humour, or no one would notice. Just saying.
