No, because what if the executioner were to execute an innocent person for a crime that he/she didn't commit? I heard of that happen before.

Someone who was innocent survived the electric chair once.. died the second time...

That's sad

He was young and suspected of murder.. but everyone knew he was innocent, protested and signed petitions.. the executioner really wanted him dead...
