There are 2 neutral endings which are post pacifist and post genocide which is when you spare specific characters

Well I killed flowey, then got a call from sans and papyrus saying that undyne was the new leader of the underground (btw I spared asgore but he got killed by flowey) they also said that undyne was going to kill any human That came down and leave the underground. then once on the surface undyne would hunt me down and kill me, then papyrus told me he got promoted thanks to all the horrible things I did...
