Right, I get that their mascot is Eddie. This is a dig at Joe Biden illustrated through an iconic album cover. In order to illustrate that point, yes Xi Jinping takes Eddie's place. Doesn't mean I don't like Eddie. Doesn't mean I'm pro China. Doesn't mean Eddie's pro China. It's just a parody.
