No he ain't, Mono was just a kid BORN from the TV (The very first one you see when the game starts). He and his stuck in a paradox. The Thin Man tries to get Six away from Mono to end the cycle, But the Younger Mono always bests him, Thus letting to his failure.
When Mono is left in the Signal Tower, He is grown with rage. He travels to the past to save Mono, But Six always ruins everything.
