I’m also depressed, what I’m trying to say is try not to show it as much because it haves a negative impact on people and makes others feel depressed as well

I think I may have a habit Called Toxic Positivty. Basically, you tell someone over and over, Be posative, do posative, become posative! But on the inside, you dont feel posative at all. You act like the most positive person in the world, but your lying to yourself about how you feel.
