First, bait with heat. The freezing he is, the better. Close and lock the doors and windows and say it's to shut the cold out. Treat him with hot coca and some blankets and heaters. Place a stove and turn it up on high. Place a giant lump of coal on top and say it's to heat up the place even more. Place an excuse, like getting more firewood or more blankets and leave the room. Walk outside and lock the doors. Block any exit possible and wait for around 20 minutes. After he is poisoned, set the house aflame.

I have many more, it's just that this one is more successful. Look at the difference. Once the blizzard dies out, the body will either melt or will be discovered. It's better to burn the body including the bones. The ash will dissolve alongside the melting snow.
