Impoverished in America is rich in 2nd and 3rd world countries. Nearly everyone, including the impoverished, has either a smartphone, a tablet or a computer. If they don't they have access to one. And if nothing else they can walk, ride a bicycle, take the bus or whatever over to their city hall and fill out all of the paperwork right there.

Instead the Democrats would rather say that blacks and Hispanics are too stupid to be able to do that. Their not too stupid to file a tax return or get a drivers license or get a Social Security card and a few dozen or so other forms they have to fill out with the government.

You're right, no one on the left would dare come right out and say that but actions speak louder than words.

I don't suppose a single Democrat politician ever even thought to ask a single black person before they said Voter ID's, online voter registration and (what I just read today) math was racist. Which clearly means that blacks are just too stupid to do any of that.

No. It’s racist to say that they don’t have ID’s because they are minorities and thus, impoverished.

Why would impoverished people be less likely to have a government issued ID? If you don’t have a passport or driver’s license, you can get an ID card for $30 at the DMV.
