The thing with this is that most YouTubers upload to appease the fans, the algorithim, or both. After you get all your credits, you have to make choices that are influenced on what you want to graduate with. And, depending on what you major in, your life choices can be completely up to you. And hey, you have extra choices since you're educated. And you can always go to university for something else, like a doctorate. This bars college students who make very poor life choices. YouTubers make the life choice to quit college, but following only money will eventually lead to being influenced on what the money givers want. I mean, it doesn't effect everyone extremely, but it eventually influence the choices they make. You might not lose a personality, but definitely will gain a fake one. I think in 2015, more YouTubers that are now in it full time were in their secondary years and obviously weren't doing this full time. Or, they had substantially less income and weren't in it solely for the money, but to upload things that both they and their audience enjoyed. Now, as the YouTube is continually picked a part by Dream and Mr. Beast, and popular trends to gain views arise, this is more of a business, with the prime opportunity to make money making YouTube more of a business medium and employment opportunity than a place to upload video content.
