anyone else get that ringing noise in your ears when its dark and quiet at night?

Accckk so annoying! Well technically I have a constant high pitched tone in my ear constantly but when I try to sleep my ears make other even weirder noises! Sometimes it takes me a minute to figure out if they're real or just made up by my brain and ears... And I even have a sound machine but my ears still do this!

same for me sometimes it sounds like an old tv turning on
