I randomly crack my neck which makes my face look like im in a really uncomfortable place

but I just twist back, and boom

I just crack everywhere, my hand is the loudest-

my neck and back easily take loudest

but the sharpest goes to my knees in the morning

That happens when I’m sitting on my knees

it happens to me when I twist my legs while walking

Uh....
My thumb just snapped and I can’t move it now and it’s stuck in one spot-

I just cracked my thumb

sometimes my neck ends up being in a sharp pain where I can't move it, but I just wait a few minutes then its good
