im okay with certain people, but id rather keep who I have and pretend to live in different worlds than go out and meet new people that will betray me, hurt me, or use me. humans are cruel.
I feel ya there. I sometimes wish i was like that too, b/c ik humans will do that. However, for me, it’s also hurtful to be alone. So unless I’m with a rare kind of person, I’m essentially doomed to be hurt.
