No, they shake a bit for every human. When someone gets nervous or it's too cold it tends to shake more.

The more you pay attention to it the more it shakes.

I mean like
If I hold something or really anything, I end up droping or breaking it because my hands shake too much

before you hold a thing try wipe your hands on your clothes to remove any excess sweat. Keep a firm grip until you are sure it is safe.

Be wary of your surroundings and stay cautious that something bas might happen. This is the most important rule. Bad things will only happen if you forget this sentence.

Problem is, my hands shake to much to get a proper grip onto something. Also who tf has their hands sweat-

Your hands and feet literally contain more sweat glands than any part of your body. Also maybe you might have a disorder with your nerves. around 15% of the world has a mild one. It can range from your hands curling up, your muscles becoming stiff, your joints not moving like they used to or your hands shaking up more than usual.

They're not going to kill you but it has a pretty noticeable impact on your life. If you want you can get a doctor to check it up. If you want to free them up, sorry, but you literally cannot. You can reverse it by about 50% but you'll have to live with it forever.

Bad news but at least someone knows how it feels like to have Tinnitus(kinda). I like to think of it as eating food. now imagine if there was dirt in your food. It doesn't change much but you can always feel it and you can't experience food the same anymore. That's our lives now.

I'm just lucky enough to probably only suffer for the next 7 years (assuming I die when I'm 20)
