im 18 and im still scared to go downstairs on my own-

i need a night light

i use a tv with music

i dont have a tv

oh and i use 2 fans

I cannot have my foot or arm out the blanket

oh i sleep with no blankets lmao
i got too hot for that...
but i have to sleep looking at my whole room so i know nothing is there

i sleep facing the wall and i always feel something on my foot ;-;

i panic sleeping at the wall my hairs on my body make a u-turn and tickle me and i get scared lmao
