I created mine in Google Drawings, then took a screenshot and copied it to my clipboard.
Then I went into the Meme Maker, clicked 'upload new template', and pasted my image.

I find attempting to draw my characters forever ruins their images in my head, and thus character creators are the only way to make them.
Lookie here, I've got my own announcement template now.
It even has an image of me BEFORE I had a goat skull for a head.
...I wonder what you people think of my pre-skull appearance. Rate it if you so please.
