3 jumps but all the jumps are pretty pathetic

up b thunder bolt but he does a little hop at the end resting his jumps
down b metronome. does a random pokemon move
final smash- special attack- pikachu hits anyone in front of him and summons either gaster blasters or a big thunder bolt to finish the job
other stuff- his doges can go very far and its easier to perry attacks

Side B: Spindash: Works Like Sonic's Spin charge.
Down B: Lightning Would Quickly Clasp His Hands Together Before Putting Them on The Ground. Then There Would Be A Small Explosion Of Electricity Around Him.
Up B/Recovery: Sonic's Up B.
Final Smash: Lightning Would Do A Version Of The Chaos Blast, But With Electricity Instead of Chaos Energy, It Would Cover The Stage Fully, The Player can Mash B To Cause More Damage. If Foes are Over 100% After The Final Smash Ends, They Will Explode, But If The Player Mashes B Too Much, After The Final Smash Lightning Will Get Massive Recoil Damage And Will Be Weakened.
