Pfffff nah. I know it can't. It just bothers the heck out of me that he's telling everyone he's looking for an apology and I give it to him and he doesn't accept

I usually focus on other things until they come back to me an actually ask me and bring the situation back up. If he does this I guess you should attempt again, if he doesn’t accept that time, don’t bother apologizing to him. He probably won’t accept it.
