The thing about Jellyfish is a good one. It is gross ngl, but its really good. My book club just read it. I also recommend Raymie Nightingale, then the rest of the series which is Louisiana's way home, and Beverly right here, ik im weird and I read weird books T^T i have more suggestions

Trials of Apollo is a super good series, it has action, fantasy, LGBTQ+ representation, POC representation, and really good character development. Magnus Chase is also a really good series with lots of diversity
