What does a downvote do, or how does it work?
I can't seem to see them anywhere
Does it take away anything like your points? Or upvotes?

No no you didnt bother me, in fact thats a good question!:) So basically imgflip doesnt show how many downvotes a meme gets. In fact, downvoting someones meme actually gives you 1 point. Downvotes dont negatively affect the meme creator or the downvoter themself. And yes, i also wish it sgowed the amount of downvotes. But to be honest, this is actually a great question! downvotes are just a way to express your feelings, like if you disagree with a meme you can downvote a meme, and it will also give u 1 point.
