As he detonated the oxygen Destroyer it seemed to hurt Godzilla but As he was dying he saw him swinging away then died but then by the hands of fate his soul being so important. to the world what's getting a second chance. it was embodied into the thing that he wanted to use to destroy Godzilla. the oxygen Destroyer itself.
