honestly, if u have a steady hand, u can do it too.
lightly draw the outline of the brow and then lightly color it in with a skintoned pencil(peach or brown)
then draw the brow hairs with a dark brown or black pencil going in natural directions(dont draw them in the same direction eg; draw the first section going to the right upwards)
And then i just blended it a bit.
