yeah, he "gave up" way too easily. most people realized that Bernie had a far better chance than Hilary against Trump in 2016 and yet Hilary got picked and (not a) surprise her ass got whooped. Bernie got derailed by two things in 2020: COVID and Biden. The first destroyed his campaigning tactics and the second magically gained credibility for just winning the politically useless state of SC. Nevertheless, Bernie gave up way too early and way too easy. Biden doesn't even care about the progressive Dems, so anyone who thinks Bernie or any progressive for that matter has any clout in that administration is seriously fooling themselves.
