I'm going to add to this..... There are AI systems which do nothing but look for genitalia. Website administrators employ them to try to prevent people from posting lewd content as their profile pictures and other things. Notice I said "try to prevent", some slip through the cracks (pun intended), because people really really like uploading photos of their genitalia.....it's been a huge thing for a long time (again, pun intended).
