May I suggest the arrow (if your aim is good enough). They're actually pretty worth it. Most of the time you can one shot a guardian and then get the supplies to make at least 2 arrows. I always keep at least 5 on hand.

I don't bother with the ancient arrows. I do botw any% runs and I sometimes have to parry one laser at bomb shrine or castle. Once I actually did it in midair. But yeah, I have about a 99% success rate with perfect parries.

Turrets and skyscanners take five or seven ancients, respectively.

Turrets have 1500 health, same as the Stalkers. It is actually possible to take them out without ancient arrows of parrying. For skyscanners, I like to find a cliff to jump off of and then jump right in front of them, then slow mo shoot them in the eye. If you need extra help, use a Lynel bow of the Eagle Bow (Revali's) to shoot three arrows (for the price of one) into the guardians face.
