I've always wondered the same thing.

The Zombie would very likely Die! They need brains, they would most likely go into shock if they were bitten by a Vampire. Vampires are immune to Any possible human infection, diseases and/or viruses. That's like asking if Marilyn Manson never wore makeup, would he Still look creepy?
