I used to listen to all the Christian singers and I love praise and worship. I actually wish there were more Catholic artists. Have you heard of Matt Maher? I like the classic hymns too, like gregorian chant. It's very calming (what others might call boring, lol)

I haven't heard of him, no. I'll have to look into his music.

Well, there's one artist I could recommend to you, Clamavi de Profundis. They're more well known for their adaptations of JRR Tolkien's poetry to music, but they've made several Catholic songs in a more modern style, while retaining several key elements of Gregorian Chants.

I like those styles too. I actually listen to the aforementioned modern Catholic music on loop, and I enjoy singing some of the classic hymns in church.

Matt Maher is a vocal doppelgänger to Freddie Mercury. Search up Matt maher bohemian rhapsody and then bohemian rhapsody original and they sound very alike

Oooh, I'll look them up! Thanks! I used to sing in choir and for weddings and funerals and stuff. You sing and play an instrument right?

You're welcome!

I know a little guitar, banjo, and ukulele, and I recently started learning piano.
