That's dumb logic- negative proof fallacy. It's like saying "show us where the Constitution says Congress cannot declare Trump to be a Russian." The Constitution is a sane legal document. It was never intended to be used for insane politically motivated witch hunts. That's also why their first impeachment failed...it was an insane democrat witch hunt with no basis in reality.
