If you're trying to build your name recognition & popularity on imgflip:
●Don't bother with huge streams like fun or politics. The algorithm that sorts the memes causes memes to fall off the board too quickly unless they are linked to Facebook or something.
●Post your best memes in medium sized streams like memelanda or memesoverload. Your memes get a chance to remain on the board for a few days so people can see them.
●New user Memes can sometimes look generic, which doesn't garner much attention. Pick a topic you like [such as your favorite movie or game] and make a bunch of memes about that. Themed memes help build your reputation.
●Most importantly, upvote and comment on a bunch of other people's memes. Comments are the quickest way to gain notoriety. If people know who you are they are more likely to click on your good memes.
