Ok I don't understand what are you talking about but Ozzel, Needa, Tagge and Piett are "The double letter gang"

Ozzel made the tactical error at Hoth, getting them detected by Rebel sensors; Needa lost the Falcon and apologized (with his life); Tagge tried to pass blame for a failed coup and paid for it; and Piett survived even though he also lost the Falcon.

Ways to tick off Vader (for which you might just pay for it with your life):
1. Stupidity and/or failure
2. Lying and not taking responsibility
3. Mistaking him for a Jedi (Commander Fox did that and died for it)
4. Seeing him without his mask (Stormtroopers had their heads snapped 180 degrees for this)
