An example of what I am saying, is this.
The Dalai Lama was getting ready for some spiritual thing (I think), then all of a sudden, an intense pain occurred in his abdomen. It was so intense, he started sweating, with little rivulets. He was sent to the hospital, a 2 hour drive, and on his way there, he passed a town. Kids with no shoes and must have had a very poor education. He spotted a man, lying on the ground, sick, looking as if he were to die right there. No one to help him, no one seeming to care. The Dalai Lama's concern moved to that dying man, thinking nothing but him, on his way to the hospital. Suddenly, his pain seemed much less.
