i think its piano but i havent played the game in a while

also literally the entire soundtrack is made from 5 main songs

waterfall, ruins, sans, start menu, and your best friend

almost every other song is basically just remix of those 5 songs

for example, spear of justice is a remix of waterfall (or ruins i forget)
