It’s not based off of 2019 income. It’s based off of 2018 income. 2019 income was to be filed by April of 2020, but the deadline was extended to July 15 because of COVID. The extension (IRS FORM 4868) if filed by July 15, would extend the filing deadline to October 15, 2020.
