why is everyone always saying bags of lays are all air? the bag isnt made of air and sometimes there are actually chips in the bag sooo...

I once had a bag of chips that was a large and the amount of chips was up to the height of the small bag. And the small is actullay like a snack like one of those cute baby water bottles.
