It's for only if there's an active owner that owns 10 streams because some users may think it was a bad idea to own more than 10 streams if you own more than 10 streams, you have to delete the inactive stream in order to recreate a new stream.

Better question: Why can't i delete my own stream if it has more than 10 followers. There should be an option to delete a stream even if it has more than 10 followers. Even when i left the stream, according to imgflip, i still am the owner of the stream.

yes, i agree, cause some streams have over 10 INACTIVE users following and its dumb

mhm. In order for me to even lose my owner role i had to give someone else owner role, then give Myself mod role, then since hes owner, have him ban me from the stream.
