Every 2 months candidates for president campaign. You can see the exact dates for that in the description, but people usually start a little early.
You can basically run your campaign how you want, the only rules I can think of off the top of my head are make it known that you are running, and you have to have a VP by the time the ballot is made at the end of February. There might be other stuff I'm missing, but I'm not sure.
Anyway, I'll compile a list of the presidents to vote on, and then the stream votes and whoever wins is inaugurated president. President gets mod and their face on a bill.
There's also a head of congress option, but you don't get mod or your face on a bill with that.
