Before we start spamming the Anti_Anime_Memes stream with anime, let's consider this first... Let me explain in the comments

I think we should leave the Anti_Anime_Memes stream alone, it's not our stream so therefore we don't get to tell them what they should post in their stream. But we should only give violations to anti-weebs who post outside of the anti anime stream for no reason.
