In opposite to you, she knows what she's talking of - or do you share a similar financial expertise?

(Besides, cryptocurrency is one of the greatest shams ever.)

Yes actually I do. You say cryptocurrency is a sham, but that's because you want to participate in a pyramid scheme. You don't see it for what it actually is, a means of trade at any time, with anyone, without someone taxing you to death, printing endless cash for their own benefit and saying you can't trade because they've deemed you unworthy of trade.

Ah, and this currency is backed by...? Oh, the laptop in the basement running 24/7. I see.

(Besides - if cryptocurrencies are working that great, how can it be that one of the reasons that illegal marketplaces in the Dark Web get routinely busted because of them?)

the currency is backed by regular people and their efforts, which is way more than a couple of dark room Oligarchies

That means if one of the currencies is crashing, I can take one of the regular people and, say, make them sell a kidney to balance my loss?

(Besides, "dark room Oligarchies" are very interested in creating and sustaining cryptocurrencies because that means that they don't have to pay taxes which means that serfs like you and me have to live with progressively failing infrastructures...but taxes are bad anyway, right?)

70% taxes are bad, you weren't born to pay taxes. But whatever, you'll get what my rambles are about in due time.

Without taxes, chances had been disparate taller that you had never survived your own birth due to all the bad things taxes are paying.

(Besides - are you in the bracket of paying "70%" taxes?)

You say that, but I was born in the middle of nowhere, no hospital in sight, no police, not even a single road in sight, no fire stations...nothing but our neighbors. We grew everything on our own, got water from a lake. There was no electricity until I was around 10 and the only reason we got it was because a private company dragged it all the way there, not the government. Our schools were not funded by the government, but they still came to collect taxes. You're admitting you grew up with all the safety of your community. Tell you what, why don't you pay for whatever bracket you're in 40% for example and you can keep all your useful toys and I'll stick out here with my 4% with no cops and no fire stations. Better yet I won't even use your roads or come to your city. sound good?

May I ask where you live?

Nope, you're not obliged to believe me. All you have to do is take a vacation, drive out of the city for a couple of days.

no you may not ask. twitter has shown me a few true colors

So you expect me to take that story you told here for true? Because to me it sounds like that you are living in one of those "shithole states" our beloved ex-Leader had mentioned, but I could be wrong of course. Or you just made all up to drive your point home.

Have you read California's new tax law? if you stay in the state for more than 60 days, even if you leave and move to another country. You'll still be obliged to pay California state taxes for the next 10 years. that is so crazy, I have no words for it .

That is indeed some weird shit.
