i personally believe if you are able to give enough evidence, how severe the bullying has gotten, how long you have going through it, and possibly if you have an attorney and a supporting teacher to help, it could happen.
But most of the time, the bully's mom is a Karen or is a Mom that doesn't believe everyone else. When this happens, Karen usually wins unfortunately and I don't think a child can afford an Attorney lol.
